Check out my comment to your comment -- not sure where it is but it relates to the magenta tone in my waterfall shot. I think it didn't publish -- the gist of it was that I liked the color in the shot but toned it down in the final acrylics painting. I want to get a process going for photographing my final painting then I'll send it to you. Turned out really well -- kind of like a hand-painted sepia print. Then I said I thought your shot was Bubbling Springs but..

Anyway, I've changed my mind -- I think this might be the top of SchoolHouse falls?

Regardless, I like it very much.

What are we doing about the worn shots -- I forgot the drill. I keep waiting for you to post some or is it only me? Daily? Or some other more manageable schedule?? thanks, Linda

Plan was we would alternate starting 11/1, daily if possible, and I would start.

I'm sure I have the location in my notebook, so don't worry about that.

I'll have a slide show up on my web site soon from the whole trip. Several nice items from Joyce Kilmer added, some repetitious or not so great stuff removed from what you saw. It still won't be fully developed stuff--just cropped and a few exposure adjustments.

I've been looking hard at HDR books and software and hope to try that with some of our NC material. Looks like I may not have bracketed wide enough all the time but should be interesting.
